• We do NOT sell your personal data to any third party, advertiser, or data broker — ever.
• We do NOT use your data to serve third-party advertisements on Plotrixx.

3 Payment Data & Razorpay

All payments on Plotrixx are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway. When you make a payment:

• You are redirected to or interact with Razorpay's secure checkout interface
• Your card, UPI, or bank details are entered directly on Razorpay's servers — Plotrixx never sees or receives this data
• Plotrixx only receives a transaction confirmation and a Razorpay Payment ID for record-keeping
• Your purchase history and coin credits are stored in your Plotrixx account

4 Data Sharing & Third Parties

Plotrixx does not sell or rent your personal data. We may share limited data only in the following circumstances:

• Payment processors (Razorpay): To process your transactions as described in Section 3
• Cloud infrastructure providers: For hosting, database storage, and authentication (e.g., Firebase / Google Cloud). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data
• Legal compliance: If required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Plotrixx, our users, or the public
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger or acquisition, user data may be transferred as part of the business assets. We will notify you before this occurs
• We do not share your data with advertisers, marketing agencies, or any party for commercial purposes

5 Data Storage & Retention

Your data is stored on secure cloud servers (Firebase / Google Cloud Infrastructure) located in data centres compliant with international data protection standards.

• Active account data is retained for as long as your account exists
• Transaction records are retained for 7 years as required by Indian tax and financial laws
• Support communications are retained for 2 years for dispute resolution purposes
• Upon account deletion, personal data is erased within 30 days, except where retention is required by law

6 Security

We take data security seriously and implement the following measures to protect your information:

• All data transmitted between your device and Plotrixx is encrypted using HTTPS / TLS
• Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms and never stored in plain text
• Authentication is managed via Firebase Authentication, a battle-tested, secure identity platform
• Access to user data within our team is strictly limited to those who need it to operate the service
• We regularly review our systems for potential vulnerabilities

While we do everything reasonable to protect your data, no system is 100% impenetrable. In the unlikely event of a data breach that affects you, we will notify you promptly in accordance with applicable laws.

7 Cookies & Tracking

• Session cookies: Used to keep you logged in and maintain your session state
• Preference cookies: Used to remember your theme choice (light/dark mode) and other UI settings
• We do not use third-party tracking pixels, advertising cookies, or behavioral profiling tools
• We do not share cookie data with advertisers or analytics resellers

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Disabling session cookies will prevent you from staying logged in to your account.

8 Children's Privacy

Plotrixx is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18 without verifiable parental consent. If you believe a minor has created an account on Plotrixx without appropriate consent, please contact us at plotrixxcustomercare@gmail.com and we will take prompt action to remove the account and associated data.
